Prospect Place Investigation (Over-nighter)

Legend Trackers Group Birthday Celebration (cookout) and overnight investigation was carried out at Prospect Place Mansion, in
Trinway, Ohio, on May 3, 2008. First members to arrive were Lori and Rick, soon after all members arrived car by car. A quick tour of
the estate was carried out for members who had not yet visited the property, and then we all filled our bellies with good eats (BBQ) and
conversation. Many laughs were shared before the sun began to set. Now on to the investigation notes:

The evening consisted of on and off showers until 8pm in the evening. Then the skies were clear and very starry. Outdoor
temperatures ran in the low 50s to high 40' throughout the early morning hours. Wind did get a bit heavy around morning hours of 3
until 7am Sunday morning.

Reported notes of interest from members on investigation

BARN:

**** After eating and the sun began to set, a few strange "bang" sounds were heard from the barn, so Rick had decided to walk up and
see what he could hear and take some photos, a few members did follow behind. A shadow was then seen by members crossing about
the second floor window, at times actually blocking the light, from the other side, out! Other members gathered about and watched the
window, while a few ventured into the barn to double check if there was someone in the barn, with no one of human substance noted to
be inside. Members continued to watch this area from the outside and continued to see the window darken pane by pane as though
someone was continuing to travel about on the second floor. Once again group members went in and took measurements to determine
from the distance if this could in any way have been human and what size. If this was a human and from our determinations this person,
if walking on the actual floor boards, would have had to been over 6 feet tall and by the current condition of the floor boards, would
have had to fallen through the floor!!

**** Two members reported during their visit to the barn that their hair was pulled or tugged while there. This happened on two different
visits to the area.

****   Numerous cold spots were detected by equipment in the barn.

**** Battery failure was encountered in this area by more then two members while carrying out investigation.

**** Unexpected strong chills were reported by members with the sound of heavy footsteps walking about soon after the chills. These
footsteps were heard by all who were present at the time.

**** Photos below were captured in the barn by Rick just after 8pm and after watching the shadow crossing by window. . Photos were
taken within 10 mins from one another. Yes, these photos have be through debunk process before being published, could not debunk!!
NO camera Straps here either!!!

BALLROOM:

As stated above around the 8 o'clock hour some members had decided to investigate the barn due to the shadow seen. In the
meanwhile Lori, Patti and Morgan went up to the Ballroom to investigate. Other group members did join in on the ballroom investigation
as time carried on.   Richard, Lori, Patti and Bill did revisit this area in the early morning hours once again. Notes below have been
reported by members on their visits to the area throughout group investigation.

****   While the three ladies were upstairs all three reported hearing "clear, loud footsteps coming up the staircase". Lori called out to
ask who was coming up with no response. The second time this was heard members, Lori and Morgan went to investigate the staircase
and again no one was to be seen. This was heard once again while the entire group was in the ballroom around 11pm and once again,
no one of human substance was seen.

**** Michele came to join Lori, Patti and Morgan around 8:45 and stated upon her arrival to the ballroom floor that she while she was
ascending on the staircase she felt a real cold chill and then heard "Please be careful" from a female, note all other females of group
were already in the ballroom.

****   Morgan, who is younger, was walking about in the ballroom asking for someone to play ball with her or if someone would like to
play with her, each time she asked this question the EMF detector would spike, as high as 5+ at times.

****   Patti reported, while sitting in the far corner by herself she felt someone touch her head.

****   Battery failure was reported and encountered by three members while investigation of this area.

****   Morgan lead us to the top, right corner of the ballroom where group members found a few "unexplained cold spots" which were
also detected with EMF readings of 3+, sometimes to 4+. Temperature readings also dropped by 12 degrees in this area, according to
infrared thermometers from base readings.

**** Just after 1:17am (Sunday morning), Patti and Bill returned to the Ballroom to gather a voice recorder which had been left up
there. Upon their entrance they both reported hearing a female say "Hey". When returning to our guestroom and reviewing audio, it
was captured on tape also!!!     (this will be posted soon)

BOYS ROOM:

A few of our group members slept in the boys room of the mansion and reported during the early morning hours hearing the sound of
footsteps moving about in their room. These were once again heard by members during the mid-morning hours of Sunday morning
when Michele and Morgan were putting fresh batteries in their camera.

SECOND FLOOR HALLWAY:

****   Rick was walking about the mansion, seeking out other group members, and while heading towards the enterance to the Servants
Quarters reported hearing a female voice saying "Help Me".

****   Lori reported once again hearing footsteps in the hallway before going to sleep, getting up to check to see who was moving about
again did not see anyone of human substance.

****   Patti reported hearing subtle classical music playing, from where she could not determine as all was very quiet and all members
had retired for the night.
