| Sandusky, Ohio Private Residence February 20, 2009 Members present Rick and Patti Equipment used 1 digital camera 1 video camera 2 digital voice recorders 1 compass 1 IR thermometer Investigation Notes: The group started the investigation off on the first floor of the home with emphasis placed on the doorway at the end of the hall. A video camera and tripod was placed at this location. A mini DV camera was placed in the basement also on a tripod at the north end of the basement recording any activity that might occur to the south. Digital voice recorders were placed in the 3 different areas of interest: bedroom with said activity, the living room/kitchen, and the basement. The group started their investigation in the bedroom. After attempting an EVP session to no avail, Rick decided to use the IR thermometer and challenging an entity to try and drop the temperature a degree. Almost instantly, this caused a response! So Rick asked the entity if they would drop the temperature on the thermometer and was successful 4 more times! The base reading in the room was 68 degrees and the entity was coursed to drop the temp 63 degrees. Even though the group tried different attempts at this technique throughout the house the temp was never manipulated again. The doors didn't move and no music was caught playing on any of the recorders as was the list of happenings from the home owner. Approximately 260 still pictures were taken throughout the night and nothing substantial was found in any of them. The same result was found or not found with both the mini DV and the video cam. Summary: A small fear cage was found in the basement around the fuse box and the group recommended an electrician be called to properly ground the unit. It is our most humble and professional opinion that the Sandusky location is not haunted at this time. Click here to go back |
