Guidelines (revised March 2008) Members shall respect and get along with one another, regardless of religious background, opinions, etc... Must be 21 years of age to gain membership. New members will be placed under a 45-day probation period before gaining full membership within Legend Trackers of Ohio. Activity within group is very important, as LT-Ohio is group oriented. Activity is considered in more ways then just going on investigations/ hunts. Members are expected to at least vote on polls posted, help find areas of interest to hunt or investigate, do research, etc.. To maintain membership. Each member who attends an investigation/ hunt is required to review their own personal data gathered from outing. Data of "interest" is to be further reviewed by senior members, via email or in person. Data, stated above, is only to be published under Legend Trackers website, reports, etc... Unless further permission is given. All members are required to post their investigation reports via group yahoo page or email to a senior member of LT, within 7 to 10 days from date of investigation/hunt. Private Residence / Confidential investigations will be carried out by a small group of "most experienced investigators", chosen by LT-Ohio Board members. Members are expected to carry some form of legal state ID on every outing. We do not drug test our members but it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED members do not present to an event while under the influence of drugs or alcohol!!! Members are not to go off alone, preferably stay in groups of at least two. If for some case someone needs to go off on their own, they must inform other members of where they are going and be sure to have some source of communication to other members, ie., walkie talkie, cell phone, etc. Members are not to leave an investigation early without informing other members of their departure. In the circumstance in which we do have to ask a member to leave an investigation, member shall agree to do so without further problem. If person being asked to leave fails do so quietly and respectfully, local law enforcement will be asked to remove them from area. Trespassing WILL NOT be accepted from any member of LT-Ohio! At this time, Legend Trackers of Ohio, cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries which may occur during an outing. Personal injuries also will not be the responsibility of any owner of property in which group members are investigating. L.T.-Ohio retains the right to place members under a suspension from group activities, as a result to infractions made by individual regarding group guidelines. Violations of group guidelines, including inactive members, will result in: First suspension will be done verbally and/or in writing, Second will carry 30 to 60 days suspension from all group activities, Third will entail immediate dismissal from group. Violations will be voted and decided upon between Board and Senior LT-Ohio members.
